  • Provide support to the facilities department for all renovation projects
  • Assist with acquiring of city, county, or other facility building permits, as  needed
  • Must have knowledge of Davis Bacon regulations.
  • Must have experience with renovation project management.
  • Must have knowledge of Federal Health and Safety regulations.
